Cancel & Refund Policy

At Hazrath Bilal Tours International, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes in your travel plans. While we strive to accommodate every client, our cancel and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all parties involved.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer:

Any cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email or through our official customer support channels.

Cancellations made:

More than 30 days prior to departure: Eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative and processing charges.

15–30 days prior to departure:
Refund will be processed after deducting 50% of the total package cost.

Less than 15 days prior to departure:
No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by Hazrath Bilal Tours International:

If the tour is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., travel restrictions, safety concerns, or logistical issues), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Alternatively, we may offer the option to reschedule your trip at no additional cost.

      1. Refund Policy

        Refund Eligibility:

        • Refunds will be processed only for services explicitly covered in the cancellation policy.

        • Any payments made towards services already availed (e.g., visa processing, air tickets, or hotel bookings) are non-refundable.

      2. Processing Time:

        • Refund requests will be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

        • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless stated otherwise.

      3. Deductions:

        • Administrative fees, processing charges, and non-refundable deposits for specific services will be deducted from the total refund amount.

          No-Refund Conditions

          Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

          • If the customer fails to submit required documents on time, resulting in a visa rejection.

          • If the customer voluntarily chooses to discontinue the pilgrimage or does not utilize the services booked.

          • In cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, political unrest, or travel bans imposed by authorities.

            Modification Requests

            We allow modifications to your booking (e.g., rescheduling, upgrading packages) depending on availability. Modification charges may apply based on the nature of the request and time of notice.
